About Janet Tong

As a long-standing resident of the East Bay, Janet Tong knows first-hand all the area has to offer. She’s been in real estate for over 15 years, and has seen the communities evolve and change from small towns to bustling epicenters.

 

Janet specializes in educating buyers and sellers on the opportunities present at any given time, especially given the growth she has witnessed (and been part of) in the East Bay over the last 10 years. No matter what the market condition, Janet works diligently to position her clients for the best possible outcome, and utilizes her expertise and skills to guide them through each step of the transaction process. Her commitment to her client’s best interests, strong negotiation skills and dedicated approach ensures that their home buying and selling goals are met, and that their dreams come true.

 

With her deep community roots, Janet has immense knowledge of the community and the flavors that make it so special. She currently resides in Walnut Creek and raised her sons in the area. She is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and the Contra Costa Association of Realtors® (CCAR).

 

When she isn’t working in real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and honing her golf game. She is also actively involved in her community church.
