About Katie Henderson

A REALTOR®, in essence, is in the business of people. So much more than just helping people buy and sell homes, they are there to guide others through some of the most personal decisions of their lives. Katie Henderson has been serving others her entire life, and is truly passionate about helping people realize their goals. As a real estate agent, she is able to utilize her decades of experience in the customer service industries to anticipate, understand, and fulfill all of her clients needs.

 

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Katie worked both in the food service industry, and as a licensed cosmetologist. Years of ensuring total client and customer satisfaction led her to realize that she wanted to work with others on a more personal level. As a real estate agent, she is able to have relationships with clients that last far longer than a meal or appointment. Her greatest reward is guiding her clients to their dream home, or through a successful sale.

 

As a member of the elite Dudum Real Estate Group, she has access to the most cutting edge marketing tools, continued education, and a top support staff which allow her to be of maximum use to her buyers and sellers. Katie is a Bay Area native through and through, and has lived in Alamo and Danville her entire life. This has given her unparalleled firsthand knowledge of the area, allowing her to give unique insight to her clients on the local neighborhoods and communities.

 

Katie has also raised her children here, and intimately knows the East Bay school system. She loves showing people from all over the many aspects that make living in the Bay so amazing. When she is not working, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and their beautiful blended family of four sons. They are very involved in their children’s schools and sports, and in fact, they met while volunteering at a San Ramon Valley High School football game! Together they love taking advantage of all this area has to offer, from beautiful Lake Tahoe to Napa Valley.
