About Patti Barsotti

Patti Barsotti brings a unique combination of real estate experience, financial expertise, and deep community roots to every client she serves.

Before focusing on real estate, Patti enjoyed a 40-year career in banking, giving her an extensive background in finance, lending, negotiation, and client service. Since joining her husband and real estate partner, Rocci Barsotti, in 2019, Patti has helped buyers and sellers navigate their transactions with personal attention, clear communication, and a commitment to making the process as smooth as possible.

Patti has particularly extensive experience in Dalis Gardens, Concord’s 55+ manufactured-home community, where their team has participated in approximately 58 home sales over the past decade. Their knowledge of the community and the specialized manufactured-home sales process is an important resource for both buyers and sellers.

Patti is also deeply involved in the Concord community. She has served as Concord's elected City Treasurer since 2017 and has decades of leadership and service through Kiwanis, including serving as a Kiwanis International Trustee and Cal-Nev-Ha District Governor.

Now with Dudum Real Estate, Patti combines local knowledge, financial experience, strong marketing resources, and genuine personal service to help her clients confidently make their next move.
